The tub is gorgeous. Make sure you use mild detergent to clean like dishwashing liquid. I used soft scrub comet and it took forever to get the lighter color film residue off. It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. In hindsight, I wish I had gotten the tub without the ledge. It doesn’t actually hold much and it takes 4 inches away from the inside width. I will probably end up replacing it eventually if I don’t get used to it. It does seem to be well made.. Michelle. Trophy Club, TX. Mon May 11 2026
