I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. The power on the Fotile range hood is excellent. For most cooking, I stay on the first 2 out of 3 fan settings. For high smoke activities such as seasoning a wok or searing steak, the 3rd settings is more than enough to suck up all the fumes. The fan speeds are all pretty quiet. It does what it is supposed to do. The only issues I have are that the silverware basket is too small (it needs to be twice as long) and and that you have to download an app to your phone and connect to your dishwasher in order to use some functions (i.e. machine care or rinsing).
