Installed the system relatively easy. Had to go to a plumbing store to buy different parts to connect to my beverage faucet that was not a Kohler faucet. The only thing that was inconsistent was the picture on the site shows a brass T fitting and the unit comes with a plastic T fitting. This is somewhat deceiving for the price you pay for the unit. It’s not the most expensive descaled but so far so good. Puts on a nice light show too. The manual is well written. This appears to be manufactured in Atlanta. I replaced my water heater, also 20 years old. The water is coming out with the lime sentiment. It quickly settles. But I’m hoping it finishes. The product obviously works.
