Zero stars. It doesn’t come with any tools to get a plug off the back. Tool needed is a massive hex key that is nearly impossible to find. Please tell people before they buy or at least in the instructions that they need this tool. It also never cooled past 19 degrees and is a PAIN to get a refund. Also, lower stars because it seems so low to the ground and every time I need to get something on the back, I pull the bottom rack out and it gets off track and stuck.
