I had this Bissell before and loved it. My son accidentally threw it out. I had to get another. I have two Aussies and three cats. My other one had a retractable cord and this one didn’t. Love this vacuum although not happy with the cord holder used when vacuuming. Doesn't hold the cord at all which means I've gotta hold the card in my hand. This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily. However, it doesn't easily suck up thing like Cheerios and chocolate chips that my toddler leave behind. That part is frustrating. I still need a broom to pick up larger items.. Douglas.
