A one-step formula that cleans, shines and protects in a one-time and labor-saving step. This product is safe to use on Forbo Marmoleum products. It is also non-toxic, bio-degradable, and has no harsh chemicals.

This product imparts a greater gloss than Marmoleum has out of the box. I'd call it satin. We like the shine. Since it is a Forbo product it should be the most compatible treatment available. The instructions say it both cleans and shines though it makes sense to thoroughly sweep then clean the floor with mild detergent and water or the Forbo cleaner first. Love these tiles. I looked at several terrazzo look options like Grist, Grain, and Venice, but this one stood out as both more affordable and noticeably higher quality. Arrived safely, no broken tile sheets. Stones are a little darker IRL, many more dark gray and dark green than lighter stones, than expected. this is a traditional glue-down LVT floor that is waterproof, kid and pet-friendly, and easy to clean and maintain. Because this is glued to your subfloor, it is perfect when you don't want transition strips from room to room, making it a great option for homes with large spaces or special needs.

Picture doesnt do it justice. This tile is beautiful and looks very high end. The surface has a nice texture to it and not that cheap glossy stuff. Mannington also has grout specific to their products as well as a sealer. You can lay it down with or without grout. We are doing without. I could not find any pictures online of what it would look like not using grout so once our contractor installs Ill take another pic and post it. We chose the flex line because we have an old house and there is a hump in the floor from the structural wall underneath.
