I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. Unit is defective from manufacturer. Contractor installed and the hood will not raise up. Well, it’s hard to give 100 review when you don’t hook it up. Yet I am going off on what I can see and what I know. It seems to be nicely made clean. no scratches. Nicely packaged. Instructions.
