This product is a replacement for the 6kw unit that i had for 10 years. I actually don't have a use for the lights and speakers as my shower is already done. Not very happy with the programmability of the unit. You can only run the unit in 30 min increments. So if it takes 15 minutes to get up to temp you have to run it for another 30 + 15 remaining from the preheat. Maybe I'll find a way to not have to add 30 min. Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. The only minor issues I've noticed are the following: After I use the wash function, then hit the air dryer button, it flushes the toilet, and while it's flushing and refilling the bowl, it can splash you while it's drying. I have been just patting dry with toilet paper instead of using the air dryer, as I don't feel like sitting there forever waiting to dry. I also wish you could adjust the auto lid function. We have a small bathroom, so it triggers a lot. I feel like this toilet was well worth the money, I think I paid around $600 for it. I’d give this white and gold smart bidet toilet an average rating overall. The design is modern and looks beautiful in the bathroom, but the setup process was frustrating. The instructions were confusing, disorganized, and oddly included a warning saying not to put it in a bathroom, which made absolutely no sense for a toilet. Installation took much longer than expected because of that. Another downside is how loud the lid is when it automatically opens and closes. It also makes a beeping sound every single time it opens, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to turn the sound off. Hearing the constant beeping during nighttime bathroom trips gets irritating pretty quickly. It’s not terrible, but it definitely has some annoying quirks that keep it from being a great purchase.. I wanted this smart toilet because I was fascinated by the warm seat, the auto open/close feature, and the built-in bidet. After placing the order, I realized we needed an electrical outlet near the toilet for all of those features to actually work. Fortunately, my uncle is handy and installed the required outlet before the toilet even arrived. When it showed up, everything was packaged really well and securely. We were excited to get it installed and decided to attempt installation ourselves, a couple of amateurs like us were able to remove an old toilet and install the smart one. It also came with everything we needed for the installation, which made the process even easier. The toilet itself has been amazing. The flush is very powerful, the heated seat works great, and you can adjust the temperature to your preference. It senses when you sit down, has a foot-touch flush if you want to use it, an auto-flush option, and several bidet cleaning settings. It even has a night light that makes the toilet look bright. I had my dad be the first one to test it out and told him to try every button. His verdict? He loved it. He said the bidet worked really well and left him feeling completely clean. He even wiped afterward just to check, and there was nothing there. The only thing I’d mention is that when I originally placed the order, the listing advertised an auto open and close lid. By the time it shipped and arrived, that feature was no longer listed or included. It wasn’t a dealbreaker since we still love the toilet, but it was a little strange that the product description changed after I ordered it. It's been amazing and has worked as shown.
