Fairly easy to assemble I put it together alone and my nephew came and helped me turn it upright and level it. The ball roll is a little slow but I think that when the felt gets worn down a little it should improve. Best price I could find for a table with the ability to replace the cloth. Kids love this! Great air hockey table for the price. It was pretty easy to put together and I'm glad to have something entertaining that the kids can play with together. My only complaint is that there were no pre-drilled screw holes for the puck catchers but there was a mark to indicate where they should go.
