The faucet is beautiful Having it installed today. HOWEVER, i needed a sink hole cover to match the italian brass(a small round disc that covers the extra holes in the sink). I called Wayfair/perigold and they could not get me the piece. I wanted it to match the gold color of the faucet. I finally called ROHL, they can't sell it to me but told me wayfair should be able to put it on a purchase order SHC-1IB. Oh NO, NO WAY. They were unable to help me at all, nor could they direct me to any place that might be able to get this piece. By sheer luck I found a retail store STUDIO 41. They had one in STOCK and sent it the next day. How can you sell a $1800 faucet and provide no customer service. Bad wayfair. Yeah! studio 41. This is my third Rohl wall mount faucet. After installing the first two and using them for a few years we realized that this is the brand we we always buy from now on. Rohl is expensive but worth it. Ella’s Capri Walk-In Tubs main feature is the U-Shape Outward Swing Door made with industrial grade durable plastic composite material with a decorative tempered glass front screen. A 3-latch door system creates a more secure door seal, providing you with a safe, leak-free bathing experience. The Capri comes with our unique Ella Dual Drain Technology (DDT) consisting of two 2” gravity driven drains with four 2” outlets, 2 overflows and 2 openers, allowing a fast, reliable drain. The Ella Capri has fifteen (15) strategically placed hydro jets in order to deliver optimal therapeutic relief. Nine (9) upper fixed jets work to provide relief to your back, hips and thighs, while six (6) lower adjustable jets massage your feet and calves. The Capri has 16 strategically placed air jets that pull in air and blow it into the water to create a gentle, relaxing massage. Eight (8) upper, fixed flat jets work to provide relief to your back, hips and thighs, while an additional eight (8) floor jets located in the lower foot area deliver a gentle massage to your feet and legs. Additionally, two (2) of the eight (8) upper jets are bidet jets. The 5-Piece fast-fill faucet has five (5) pieces: two temperature levers, a diverter lever, a mounted faucet and a pull out multi-functional hand shower.
