Rug looks beautiful and is super soft. We also got a rug pad for underneath (1/4”) that makes the rug even softer to walk on. Fast shipping and packaged well. We got the 9x12 foot size and the rug was folded in half and then rolled, but it’s been laid out flat for 24 hours and flattening out quickly. Definitely happy with this purchase. As we were missing a few inches to the ceiling with the included chimney component, we ordered the longer version directly from the manufacturer. Our only issue with the product is that it “whistles” at its lower speeds and due to slightly inconsistent suction, the metal grills were vibrating against the lower horizontal frame.
