Good quality rug, exactly what I wanted as far as thickness (I despise washable rugs). My only issue was the color. I ordered the creamivory and it looks more cool toned than what I wanted. To care for this area rug, vacuum with no beater bar/rotating brush, and spot clean with a dry cloth. Roll it out over a rug pad to keep it securely in place.
