I like the wedge pillow and it’s quite comfortable for sleeping. I also use it with extra pillows to prop up in bed for reading and TV. The issue I have is the two pieces are separate and I don’t see any Velcro or any way to fasten them together. So whichever one is on top (I tried both) slides down during the night when I wake up I have slid down with it. So the extra height gained by using the two pieces doesn’t really work. Along with this pillow and some other changes, Im no longer suffering through reflux while trying to sleep. I just lay my queen-size pillow on top when sleeping (side sleeper).
