It seems as though these weights will be good for a lightweight workout. While they do weight 90 pounds over all, I worry about the integrity of the plastic they are made of. I do like that it comes with two handle bar and one longer bar. They will fit my needs for now.. Carolyn. IN. Thu Feb 05 2026
