I’ve been extremely impressed with the Roborock Q7 M5. Setup was quick and easy, and the app is very user-friendly. The suction power is outstanding, picking up dust, pet hair, and debris from both hard floors and carpets with no issues. The self-emptying dock is a huge convenience and saves a lot of time. Navigation is accurate, and the robot maps rooms efficiently without missing spots. The mopping feature is also a great bonus for keeping floors looking fresh between deep cleanings. Only on day 2 but it was easy to set up and it’s vacuumed twice so far. I’m pretty sure it’s pulling hair from the carpet that came from our dogs, and the last dog had been gone for two years! Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). I love this little machine. Picks up real well one button press and you have your hand vac. Keep in mind this is not a full size vacuum cleaner it is an auto broom. The cup is small but powerful. If I was to change anything it would be the cup size. Make it a little bigger. I have 3 cats and two full size Aussies, that is why I love my Electrolux.
