Solid, reliable water heater that does exactly what it should. The performance has been excellent so far—plenty of hot water and quick recovery. Installation was straightforward, and it operates quietly. The Smart features are kind of neat and fun to look at, but honestly not something I’d say is essential or worth paying extra for.
