This faucet looks great and was very easy to assemble and install. The black and gold finish gives it a modern, high-end appearance, and it feels solid once installed. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the faucet sits quite high above the sink. While the tall design looks nice, it causes water to splash more than expected, especially when the water pressure is turned up. This faucet is great. It really adds a touch of luxury to our decor. Installation is super DIY with basic tools (screwdriver wrenchpliers). The only thing I would like to stress is that you make sure your vanity countertop is level to the millimeter otherwise there will always be some water left in the faucet lip that wont be able to drain away (see 1st picture). I wish I could share a picture but I just love the Crystal Bay shower system! It is exactly what I wanted with a champayne bronze and different shower heads and wide open rain shower! Not so easy to install and as mentioned a part was defective. Wayfair came through beautifully! Wayfair’s customer service is fantastic but not the manufacturer.
