Great out of the box! It wasn’t too complicated, which I was worried about, and the app is very easy to use to designate different areas and tell the vacuum where not to go. Easily ran the first vacuum and mop, and the floors were immediately much cleaner. Finally I found one that works! I love this wet/dry vacuum! I tried several other ones but they all failed quickly. This one works really well. I use it 2-3 times every day. My only criticism is that the battery doesn't last long enough. But I can deal with that because the floor is clean and it self cleans afterwards. I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. Used the mop method for the 1st time. It does a pretty good job. Not like a hand mop but it does clean up sticky spills and picks up dirt left behind but the vacuum.
