A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. I would rinse the dishes, put them into the machine and run it. It was time for a new dishwasher and I was going crazy choosing one this time around. Reading reiew after review etc. Finally fed up, I decided go with this simply because ratings said it was the best out there. Well, it IS. I followed the instructions and did NOT rinse the dirty dishes. I just put the into the machine UNRINSED and put it on the "AUTO" setting and let it run. EVERYTHING is CLEAN with NO RINSING. I will not use Rinse Aid and I use only detergents pods that are rated as safe on the EWG. So, the dished and glassed DO come out with some water drops here and there on the "NORMAL" dry cycle. That's ok for me. There IS a "Sanitize" cycle that really dries them and a "Chrystal Dry" dry cycle that leaves them spotless, bug again, I don't need that and would rather save energy and the life of the machine. One star off for the pathetic wifi nonsense that must be used for certain functions like a "Rinse Only" Cycle. That said, this is the BEST Dishwasher I have ever owned. Cleans dirty UNRINSED dishes with caked on gook perfectly. EXTREMELY quiet. I love that I can use it with "SAFE" detergents and NO Rinse Aid. VERY happy with this purchase,. Tony Nyc. Super easy to put together, followed the video step-by-step, it recommended to do with two people but I did it alone in about an hour (mid 20s F, not a carpenter but just used to putting together furniture). However, the box it arrives in is very heavy so just a note if carrying it alone! Two pieces inside were labeled incorrectly, but I was able to use common sense to figure them out since one was way longer. Great quality and love the simple design. I didn't use this on a door that was made for a dummy handle, it was a working handle before. So the bolts didn't work with the hole that was already made in the door but I figured out a way to use a backer to hold it on. It won't be visible from the back so it works.. Susan. IN.
