4 stars because we had to hire a plumber to have it flush consistently but it works! The space toilet is good and the customer service was very helpful :) Would recommend professional installation. Edit: I also want to add that the toilet does make a lot of beeping sounds. It basically beeps before every action. There is no way to turn this off, mute or lower the volume. Since this is attached to the master bedroom it has woken me up at night. I've read this is a safety feature. I was given this suggestion from support: “However, if you find the beeping a bit loud at night, one simple solution is to put a felt circle over the buzzer. I’m so very excited for this toilet! It arrived quickly and was very well packaged so there’s no damage whatsoever. It has all the bells and whistles you could ever want in a toilet including automatic seat closure, nightlight, and of course a bidet! It requires its own dedicated power outlet so I’m waiting for the electrician before I can get the toilet installed. This tub arrived quickly and without a scratch. It is well-made with quality materials and finish. I can sit comfortably and stretch out my legs. I’m 5’9”. Note that it requires 3 separate gfi plugs. Optimally this would be on a platform with plugs underneath. There is no access panel or spot to run cords thru. Mine was dropped into the basement. Because it has a faucet and not a tub filler, it takes quite some time to fill.Before you turn on the pumps, make sure they are at their lowest setting. If not, they will throw water EVERYWHERE! And if the tub is too full - even with settings as low as possible - the water bubbles over the sides. The jets are so strong that it’s difficult to relax with them on. I absolutely LOVE this toilet. I pretty much dont have to touch it. I have an suppressed immune system so hygiene is a top priority. Not having to my bottom anymore and having it cleaned for me is a game changer. The night light is great so I dont have to blind myself with the vanity light.
