I’m so very excited for this toilet! It arrived quickly and was very well packaged so there’s no damage whatsoever. It has all the bells and whistles you could ever want in a toilet including automatic seat closure, nightlight, and of course a bidet! It requires its own dedicated power outlet so I’m waiting for the electrician before I can get the toilet installed. I have never had a batch disposal before. I have always had the traditional ones that require a switch to turn on. The only real issue (and its not much of one) is with how our sink is in the kitchen island there isn't a good spot to set the plunger when not in use other than in the sink itself. It is powerful and I am really happy how well it does its job. There is no flap that covers the opening to the drain like on traditional disposals. I thought this would be an issue having it open and silverware falling in. With our drain off to the right it really has not been a problem. Although I did have a fork fall into it the fact that the disposals "neck" between the sink and the bottom is long so the fork never fully fell into the disposal it just stood straight up. Also not having that flap covering the disposal makes it much easier to see at a glance if anything has made its way in that should be there. It is noisy but not bad, just as I expected as from traditional. I like the safety of it not turning on unless the plunger is in. We have young kiddos. Just makes me feel better. I’d give this white and gold smart bidet toilet an average rating overall. The design is modern and looks beautiful in the bathroom, but the setup process was frustrating. The instructions were confusing, disorganized, and oddly included a warning saying not to put it in a bathroom, which made absolutely no sense for a toilet. Installation took much longer than expected because of that. Another downside is how loud the lid is when it automatically opens and closes. It also makes a beeping sound every single time it opens, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to turn the sound off. Hearing the constant beeping during nighttime bathroom trips gets irritating pretty quickly. It’s not terrible, but it definitely has some annoying quirks that keep it from being a great purchase..
