This is the first bidet I've ever used. It was pretty easy to install, toilets are never really fun. I usually have problems with toilets clogging on me, but I have yet to encounter that issue with this toilet. The only minor issues I've noticed are the following: After I use the wash function, then hit the air dryer button, it flushes the toilet, and while it's flushing and refilling the bowl, it can splash you while it's drying. I have been just patting dry with toilet paper instead of using the air dryer, as I don't feel like sitting there forever waiting to dry. I also wish you could adjust the auto lid function. We have a small bathroom, so it triggers a lot. I feel like this toilet was well worth the money, I think I paid around $600 for it. Purchased two. Arrived quickly and very well packaged. Perfectly matched the new bone pedestal sink. All parts noted in the description were included. Installation was easy. My only negative is the lid cover on the toilet seat. It appears normal, but it must be thin because when my 145 lbs sits on it, it is shocking as it collapses into a concave shape.
