I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence. The in door only ice was a bit of a change but I do like that there isn’t a massive loss in the freezer for use bins. The scanning tool is super handy and can help keep those busy families aware of what they are out of. I love the screen size. It is not overbearing and you do not get ads that cycle. Easy to search recipes. The autofill is very helpful although does not always fill to the top with some reusable cups, especially stainless steal with screw closures. Overall very impressed. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
