The chair didn't work out for me, but I may be too bony for it. It was very easy to set up, just plug in and go. Instructions on operating the chair are not good. Lot of fumbling around. Packed very well, delivered to inside of home. Could really use more padding in the back and seat of chair, quite painful for me to use, hence why it was returned. Wayfair made the return painless..
