Its looks awesome after fully assembled. But to assemble.. it’s some task. Also, we did not get the shiny top as was in the picture…I would keep six hours of work by two people at least to figure out things and then assemble it. A lot of parts need to be connected. But it’s a charm after fully done. The main difficulty we had was to align the two front side doors. Four stars for looks. We’re extremely happy with the Touchstone Sideline Elite fireplace. The flame looks very realistic and bright, and being able to adjust the flame speed is a great feature. The flame and base color options are excellent and don’t look cheap at all. It’s definitely worth the extra cost compared to cheaper options—this looks and functions like a very high-end fireplace without having to spend thousands more. It added a beautiful, premium touch to our new media wall. It came with a log, driftwood and crystals. So, you can style it however you like. The only downside was the shipping speed. Delivery through Wayfair took about two weeks, which caused some inconvenience. Other than that, the fireplace itself is amazing. I had a terrible delivery, it comes in one box that weighs maybe 80lbs, and they dropped it at my neighbors house. So some assembly required. Instructions can be a little vague, not too difficult, but did take me a couple hours.
