After a full month of use all is well so far. We tend to be fairly gentle with our sink and pans (stainless steel) in it while washing. We don’t leave food items sitting in the sink for long periods of time, and have not had any issues with it discoloring/staining. The ILVE Professional Plus 40-inch range is combined with a brushed finish for knobs and handles. The range cooker has a 2.3 cubic feet multi-function electronic oven and a static oven with a capacity of 2 cubic feet. The main multifunction electric oven has 9 cooking modes and the operating temperature ranges from 100° to 500° F. Both the cavities are coated with an easily clean enamel and can be cleaned without effort thanks to the folding grill heating element. The induction range has 6 heating zones with a maximum power output of 3700W. The bridge function is available for the two left-side induction zones. Each area is controlled with knobs.
