This is a nice compact dehumidifier. It's sturdy and heavy but doesn't take up too much space. The wheels and handle are great for mobility. One of the best things about it is how quiet it is in operation. For a commercial dehumidifier, the sound is very low. I don't have the ability to fully comment on it's effectiveness yet but can say that the reading changed rather quickly with a short test try. Rug is beautiful. Lays pretty flat right away with a felt rug pad underneath. It is on the thinner side so you definitely want a felt rug pad. It is actually pretty soft to the touch (way softer than a jute or sisal rug). It doesn’t smell at all and was packaged well with several moisture absorbing packets.
