The range hood came well packaged and the assembly instructions were easy to follow. As we were missing a few inches to the ceiling with the included chimney component, we ordered the longer version directly from the manufacturer. Including a picture of the range hood after install, and a second picture after painting. Our only issue with the product is that it “whistles” at its lower speeds and due to slightly inconsistent suction, the metal grills were vibrating against the lower horizontal frame. Love the look, keeps temp stable. Doors are a bit light and don’t close all the way by itself. It will beep if left open. Counter depth is nice and pretty spacious. Black stainless satin finish beautiful but does show some fingerprints. Looking for a SS cleaner/polish that will eliminate this. I also like the two bottom drawers and ice maker.. Carolg.
