These came in a set of two, and we got them in white. As far as the Verner Panton style chair goes, this is the most affordable option I’ve seen out there. A lot of them go for upwards of $500 for one chair, so this is a deal. However, I’m not sure how they would compare quality-wise. These look nice and are surprisingly comfortable to sit in, but I wonder how they will hold up over a longer period, the plastic being a little thinner than I expected. Perhaps they’re all made this way. Again, without anything else to compare it to, it’s hard to say. But they provide a stylish and compact seating option and fit with our 70’s aesthetic. The package arrived with some type of gross stain on the side of the box and was emitting an awful odor. The chair itself was exactly as described and pictured. It does have some slight staining on the bottom of the chair that just looks dirty, as if it was sitting directly on the ground. I wiped the chair down with an antibacterial cleaning wipe to disinfect it, but it did not remove the stain. I believe I probably can get it off with a magic eraser, but have not tried as of yet. At any rate, it gives the exact aesthetic that I was going for in my make up area, where I was replacing a faux fur vanity bench with acrylic legs.
