[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This Lotus Multi-Function Cooker and Dutch oven is a beast of a kitchen tool. It single handily was my sous-chef for prepping and making Thanksgiving dinner, along with many other meals. Its multiple settings include slow cook like a standard crock pot, sauté/sear which I found myself using mostly, rice cooker, sous vide, meal timer/manual function which is also helpful. I’ve made couscous, rice and multiple chicken dinners, seared veggies, made stock and kept my mashed potatoes warm while I finished Thanksgiving dinner. This machine has a lot of power and functionality while looking quite professional and high end. My only complaint is the size/weight of it, with all that power and functions come parts to hoist and overall it’s a bit large for simply keeping out on my counter so I keep it tucked away. Without having proper space for this machine I can see it being hard to keep around, luckily I have the room. The medium feel is the perfect balance—soft enough to cushion pressure points, yet firm enough to keep my back properly aligned. I wake up without the usual stiffness or soreness, which is a huge plus. The pocket coils make a noticeable difference. Each coil responds individually, so there’s minimal motion transfer and the mattress contours nicely to the body without feeling too soft or saggy. The pressure relief is especially good around the shoulders and hips, making it great for side sleepers but still supportive for back sleepers too. Even though it’s only 10 inches thick, it feels solid and well-built. It expands quickly after unboxing, and there was very little odor.
