Functionally fine toilet. It arrived intact, with all pieces. We hired a professional plumber to install the new toilet. Took almost 1 and a half hours to install. We had a party that weekend, so our guests tried out the new toilet. Everyone's comments were mainly about how surprisingly tall the toilet felt. The seat is pretty hard, but isn't terrible.
