Nice toilet. Love the smooth sides and minimalist look. Like the small footprint and absence of illuminated buttons on the outside of the lid. (They are in the inside ) The handle is subtle and easy to operate. I have a more expensive TOTO washlet in the master bathroom and this model bidet is more angled and doesn’t offer as much adjustment as my other one. This version of the TOTO Drake is designed in TOTO’s Universal Height, which allows for a more comfortable seat position across a wide range of users. This WASHLET+ toilet includes the WASHLET, Drake bowl and tank set with hardware, and toilet bolt caps. Compatible with T40 WASHLET+ electronic bidet seat and toilet bowl components only. Additional items needed for installation must be purchased separately: wax ring, toilet mounting bolts, and toilet water supply lines.

The TOTO® ECOPOWER® 0.5 GPM 10 Second On-Demand Water Supply Controller Valve for Touchless Bathroom Spouts is designed for use with compatible TOTO ECOPOWER spouts. The ECOPOWER faucet is ideal for high-traffic commercial spaces and provides an elegant water conservation solution. Powered by the force of running water, ECOPOWER hydro-turbines create an electrical current that is stored in rechargeable cells to power the Smart Sensor System of the faucet. The ECOPOWER faucet is highly efficient, replenishing power stores in as little as five uses daily. No external power source or battery replacement is necessary. The ECOPOWER 0.5 GPM 10 second on-demand controller uses only 0.08 gallons per cycle and is CEC and CALGreen compliant. The on-demand system means that water flows only when needed and cannot be accidentally left running. When hands are present, the water will flow, and when hands are removed, the water will stop. Included: controller and mounting hardware. Purchased separately: compatible spout, water supply line for G1/2 connection, and optional mixing valve for water that is not pre-mixed.

Very efficient controller. Have only had it in place for about 2 months so time will tell, but it's working great so far. The only thing I wasn't clear on was that it will only work for one faucet.
