I was prepared to be disappointed but this tree is fabulous!! Easy to put up by myself and very realistic! Absolutely stunning tree. I had professional installation through Angi services. The tree came pre lit with each sections already wired. So the installer only had to piece together each section and plug in the main cord. I will say, the instructions did not include anything about the tree have a steelbraided cable and trim buckle system that attaches to the base via hooks. So that was a bit confusing. The actual pictures and instructions showed each section and how to piece together but nothing about the cable system that held the tree tight and upright. So I did take that off then realized my tree was swaying and figured out that was to help stabilize it so I had to hire additional help to comeback and reinstall the cable system on tree. Hence the lack of stars. It is very difficult to find a box to put the tree in after taking it down. So do consider that prior to purchasing 14’ tree. Overall the tree was beautiful. I spoke to Daniel Guevra (CS) before purchasing and he was very helpful. He knew the difference between the different light bulb styles, his favorite tree (from what he saw on the showroom floor), and set up an account for my company's behalf which offered us a discounted rate. We used this tree for a high end client who needed a thinner tree. As with all trees, I recommend taking the time to fan out the branches, and that makes it look full and nice.
