I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. Pretty great especially for the price. Heats up fast. Especially with boost mode on the burners. The knobs are nice and easy to use, yet have locking things that make them hard to accidentally turn on; good combination and harder to design well than it looks. Range included a huge really nice air frying tray that I love use. Smart Functions are optional which is good because I will never connect this or any appliance to my wifi. Cook top has proven durable and easy to clean so far. The interface for the oven and other functions is pretty good. Lots of little things that could be improved: * The largest burner is 11". Weird size. Please try to just make it 12" since that is a common skillet size. * Easy clean seems fairly ineffective. * Air fry mode is ok, but convection bake seemed to get better results for air frying. * The touch interface goes to sleep and needs an extra tap at first which is slightly annoying. Overall a good quality stove, has a major issue with center burner. The burner has been replaced a minimum of 5 times. The 6th burner is in the process of failure. Advice: Don't try to use a gas line that's longer than 36" (1m). Both a 3-prong and a 4-prong electrical wire were included. I searched forever for an affordable 6 burner gas stove top. Here it is. Upon first installation we had a few issues. 1st was the smell of gas. Had it checked and there was no leak it is the just the smell of the materials used to make it. It was very strong at first. Next issue was that the burners all were set at max power. We had to contact customer service to get a special tool to adjust the burner flames. So everything was burning even on its lowest setting which is another thing Im not crazy about. This range is terrific! We haven't tried all the features yet, but are very happy so far with what we have used. The range is attractive and has two quick-boil burners. Temperatures in the oven are reliable and things seem to cook faster that the did with our old stove. The control pad is easy to access and is for the most part pretty intuitive. We are experimenting with the Convection settings with successful results, but haven't tried the Air Fry yet (I have a countertop Air Frier so really don't need that function anyway). There are a couple things I would change, however. The two quick-boil burners are at the front of the cooktop. Most of the time I don't need to boil something quickly, so it has bee n a challenge to learn how to modify the heat so things don't burn. It would be better to put at least one of these in the back, and move the simmer burner to the front. The other thing is the drawer beneath the range (where a broiler would be in a traditional stove). It is quite shallow and flimsy. In fact, I would say this is the biggest weakness of this range.
