This is gorgeous tile. If the company can figure out how to pack it right, it will be well worth the hassle. I got two damaged boxes, sent both back, and got the 3rd one with a few chips but nothing I couldn't live with. Wayfair representative was WONDERFUL. I felt the situation was handled professionally. I'm only giving this 4 stars as I've spent over an hour on the phone (in total) dealing with a situation that could have been avoided had the company packed the tile properly in the first place. We absolutely love it! I am so glad we purchased this beautiful tile! The white color worked perfectly for us and the beveled detail is stunning in the 3x12 inch. Initially, I was skeptical ordering online and so I ordered the sample. I read reviews about it being thin and a tad difficult to install but our contractor had no problem with installation. He did mention that due to the tile backing that it was best to cut the tile backwards (back facing up) to avoid the backing to peel. Also, Taylor with Wayfair was so attentive and helpful as I had questions. I also waited and got a better deal, so watch the pricing. I attached pictures to help!
