Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. Uhg! I’m once again wishing for 3.5 stars or a 710. Yes, the Rev-A-Shelf does work and their competition is weak, so I keep buying it. I think this is number four for me in the last few years. It works but they cost so much and leave so much to be desired. The main lacking component in this piece is the absolute waste of space above the can which could easily have been a pull-out drawer. If you’re looking at other pieces, my experience says they’re most likely lacking something too. I hope a competitive company that’s actually good enters the market. For now, let me tell you, it’s probably less expensive and better quality to have something custom-made. I’m doing that for another piece in my kitchen and saving money. I just couldn’t find good cans for this one or would’ve done it too. Over time you’ll probably forget how much you spent on Rev-A-Shelf, which is probably more than twice as much as it’s already marked up retail price should be, but, if you pick it and install it correctly, it should work..
