I left the towel rack off and eventually took the side shelf off, because my room is small and honestly I think it looks better. When the leaf is open, it created more counter top than I thought it would. The back is plain and could use some adhesive drawer/shelf liner, which I might do later. Really great grill set up. I added the side burner pizza oven, griddle, charcoal pan, cover separately. The grill itself puts out great heat, the side burner gives a nice sear. The drawers and side cabinet are nice, just wish the drawers opened a little more to fit the pizza oven in or the side cabinet shelves were positioned a little lower to fit the pizza oven on the top shelf. I have to store it separately because of that. If it rains, water does get into the drawers, so I definitely recommend a cover. The pizza oven for the side burner is pretty small, it does not fit a 12 inch pizza peel.
