I’ve only had this mattress for a short time, but so far I’m pleasant. It’s not too soft and not too firm — the balance feels just right. This product is a replacement for the 6kw unit that i had for 10 years. I actually don't have a use for the lights and speakers as my shower is already done. Not very happy with the programmability of the unit. You can only run the unit in 30 min increments. So if it takes 15 minutes to get up to temp you have to run it for another 30 + 15 remaining from the preheat. Maybe I'll find a way to not have to add 30 min. I’ve owned this Beautyrest Plush Pillow Top Mattress for a while now, and it has completely changed the quality of my sleep. From the very first night, the mattress felt incredibly comfortable — soft and plush on top, but still supportive underneath. It has the perfect balance where you feel cushioned without sinking too deep. I wake up with far less back and shoulder stiffness, and I’m sleeping through the night much better than I used to. The motion isolation is also impressive — movement on one side barely affects the other side at all. It honestly feels like a luxury hotel mattress in my own home.
