This set has been a problem since I received it! Assembly is extremely time-consuming and the instructions are not clear. I had to step away several times and now that I finally had time to complete the assembly I am in need of three damaged hardware parts. I contacted Wayfair for replacement parts but because I am outside of the 30-day window I was told there is nothing that can be done!! Wayfair has horrible customer service and I want everyone to know about it! The parts I need cannot be purchased at a hardware store so now I have a 1,300 item that is completely useless! The item is still for sale on Wayfair so they can get me the parts but just refuse to do so! Unbelievably bad customer service! DO NOT BUY FROM WAYFAIR!!!!. Robert. Mon May 25 2026
