Only on day 2 but it was easy to set up and it’s vacuumed twice so far. I’m pretty sure it’s pulling hair from the carpet that came from our dogs, and the last dog had been gone for two years! I bought this not even a month ago and I’m obsessed! I have 1 dog, 1 cat, and a dog that im watching for a couple of months and I have not been comfortable to walk barefoot on my floors because they stay icky due to puppy paws and shedding. I love how this vacuum/mop cleaned my floors in the first use! I was AMAZED! It gets under the snake enclosures and as close to corners as it can. It never gets stuck or readjusts its mission when the cat is trying to swipe at it. The app is super handy and easy to navigate. The suction for the vacuum is perfect with its 3 levels. Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. I used my phone and had it running in just a few minutes so I would say if you can use apps on your phone then you can easily set this up. I’ve owned several robot vacuums, and this one standouts for sure. It surprisingly cleans all the way to the corners which I love the most.
