This one has plenty big circular beds at multiple levels which are easy to get up and down from. Even my old guy can get to the top. A lot of times cat trees aren't designed for function like that. This one is. Mine arrived with part of it hanging out of the very large box but thankfully it wasn't damaged. You DO need to screw in the top perch with the 4 screws provided. It was a little challenging lining it up exactly centered but I finally got it after measuring and moving it back and forth multiple times. This is a nice, sturdy, hefty two leveled cat perch with a lot of surface area for big kitties or the ones that like to share space. Nice carpet, not the thin stuff. Supportive pillars. I bought this for my senior lady, who likes to be a little elevated, but doesn’t need to be on top of a tall cat tree. This is a little too high for her to jump up to on her own, so I gave her pet steps to reach it. I have two 12 pound 1-year old cats, and I bought this thinking one would sleep on top and one would sleep in the basket. Of course they tussle over who gets the top and neither uses the basket at all. Only once I've seen them sleeping on the top together, so it will fit both. I took away one star because the tree is not as sturdy as I hoped. It's well made and was easy to assemble, but it sways a bit since everything is balanced on the single tree trunk, despite tightening as much as we could. I put a small plastic bin full of landscape rocks on the base to counterbalance so it doesn't sway too far or tip over when a cat leaps onto it. The mid range height is perfect for placement behind our sofa, so it doesn't block the view of the TV from the kitchen. The top level is very soft and both cats love to stretch out and sleep there. I did not attach the large fluffy ball, because it contains a rather annoying rattle. Overall this is nice, but definitely for 1-2 cats that aren't too big. I think the listing said 3 cats up to 22 pounds each, but that doesn't seem realistic in my opinion. It's a good looking cat tree that blends into the decor better than some others.. Katie. My cat jumped right into the nice size 15” wide bed there. Its plenty sturdy for my 2 - 12 lb. cats. And has a nice firm 24” x 20” sq. wood base . The reason i gave it 4 stars because IT IS NOT CHOCOLATE BROWN as pictured which is what I wanted. It is a med beige tan, see photo. Disappointing but I am keeping it and my two cats love it.
