Good product value. Good customer service. My order shipped missing 4 blue latches out of 12 boxes. I contacted customer service and they asked me if I wanted reimbursement or replacement. I told them to just ship me 4 more latches which they did. The latches arrived promptly and I installed them. No hassle, no problem. I would have given a 5 but I did have to get missing latches.. These boxes are similar to the 16 quart Sterilite boxes in capacity and dimension. Where they differ is that these are a bit flimsier and made of a more flexible plastic. Also, the lid does not snap tightly. I recommend these for very light storage such as linens or clothing. They don't do so well for storing items in my workshop. (I'm going to swap out the Sterilites in the linen closet with these so I can use the Sterilites in my shop.) Still, a good product well worth the money.. Anonymous. Sun Jul 07 2024
