Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. Received product promptly and in good condition. Installation instructions are confusing. Sloan inserted multiple installation instructions; some of which were not specific to the model purchased. Moreover, dimensions to place the mounting bracket relative to the outlet flange is incorrect. I would suggest that you take actual measurements mocking it up on the floor with the bracket to get a "reading" before drilling mounting holes on the wall. Valve installation instructions are intended for a professional; not a casual DIY. In the end, worked out all the kinks. Urinal is running fine. Tremendous water savings (0.125 gallons/flush) compared to older models which use ~1 gallon/flush.
