The directions to assemble the spa were, for the most part, intuitive and easy to follow. The only trouble I had was trying to figure out what to do with the extra "insulated" cover. I've had the spa now for several weeks. Here's my impressions. The spa was easy to inflate and didn't have wrinkles in the floor like so many others do. The quality of the floor and walls was much nicer than the spa it replaced. The control unit is quiet and runs perfectly. I especially like the inflatable cover which greatly exceeds the flimsy cloth covers of the past. As you can tell from my review, I bought this model to replace another model from another supplier (not Wayfair) whose control unit failed after only one season of use. The hot tub was better than I expected especially the powerful jets. I was really surprised. It’s very well built. It was easy to blow up and use the controller. The nice thing is you can get the app and use your phone. That’s a great feature. At first I was skeptical about the hot tub. I had read reviews and watched YouTube videos. When it arrived the set up was simple. Its easier to watch a YouTube video than follow the instructions. Blow up time was literally less than 10 minutes. It hasnt deflated by it self which I read and the water holds temperature well. I highly recommend getting the insurance. I had to get a new unit because mine had an error code about the the unit. They looked up my info and I sent the receipt as request and I had a new motor within a week.
