I live in Quebec Canada and I have had the Intex inflatable six person Spa since August. it is February now, our Spa is set to the max 40°C, whereas the outside temperature is currently MINUS 25°C !! It has even withstood Minus 40°C with the windchill. We use our Spa everyday and it is running flawlessly !!! My previous "Hardshell" spa did not withstand the cold winters here ; as the pipes inevitably froze and burst! Assembling the connections for the hoses and the pump is a hour long task in itself. At first I was skeptical about the hot tub. I had read reviews and watched YouTube videos. When it arrived the set up was simple. Its easier to watch a YouTube video than follow the instructions. Blow up time was literally less than 10 minutes. It hasnt deflated by it self which I read and the water holds temperature well. I highly recommend getting the insurance. I had to get a new unit because mine had an error code about the the unit. They looked up my info and I sent the receipt as request and I had a new motor within a week.
