This is a great pool, we had 4 adults on floaties relaxing all summer. Once you figure out the pump and ALWAYS clean the filter it works. It takes some fiddling. Turn off, LIFT filter mechanism up, it has to be up or the water will flow out, take off lid and keep filter up on a bucket or step, clean filter, put back in and then turn on.................its took a few tries and google but for the price, you have a filtered pool. The hot tub was easy to set up and get the chemicals correct even though this is our first experience with any hot tub. The jets are a little noisy. For an inflatable hot tub we are very happy with our purchase. Use the App as it helps with regulating, heating and keeping clean.
