The tub is very deep. The length of the tub is only 5 ft minus the large edge around the back of the tub. A tall person may find it a bit tight. All was in working order. Our only disappointment which is why I didn’t rate it five stars was it came poorly packaged. The tub was just sitting in the box, nothing to protect the corners, nothing wrapped. I had to place it in the middle of the wall/around eye level because the air vent doesn't move too far up or down. Love the remote feature and it's very easy to use.
