I got this 14,000 BTU window AC for my workshop here in Florida, and honestly it’s been a lifesaver in the heat. I thought the top surface would be larger. It’s hard to get close to your lap The arm rest are nice. And although I measured it doesn’t fit my couch to well. I can make it work but a challenge. Make sure you measure. On a better note it’s made well and is very soft. To make it higher there are snaps. Very hard to snap.
