This is an absolutely great sectional. It was so easy to assemble. The instructions were easy to follow and I did it alone and took less than an hour. I must say, I was extremely skeptical about getting a couch I'm unable to sit on first. I hate firm sofas, so when I saw in the description that it was "cloud soft", I took a chance. This sofa is for sure very soft and comfortable. The entire thing came shipped in 2 boxes which was also impressive, and assembly for the most part was pretty simple. The hardest part was just connecting all of the sections together. The wood is a bit frail and cheap on it though so it's very lightweight, but the comfort definitely makes up for it. I had one issue where on the second day, we went to sit down and had our hand on the arm rest for support as we were sitting and ended up breaking the armrest. the screws ripped right out of the wood. They have an email address to reach out on in the instructions book, so I emailed and they got right back to me with great customer service and shipped me replacement parts right away! I worried unnecessarily though. It was a great experience. Good communication, quick shipping and was delivered earlier than expected. Item works perfectly.
