Super easy to set up, just pops open. A little harder to fold back up but look carefully at the pictured directions and it works. The UPF fabric really works. However it’s advertised as being for 2 people and this can be true if you are lying next to each other on towels very straight and rather snug, no chairs. Two adults are crowded at best. We like to use those backpack beach chairs and only one fits in this tent, so it’s not really for 2 people, unless one of them is a small child, or a couple of kids. Also the metal stakes are a joke, they’ll get lost in the sand easily, and the stake loops also tore on first use but the sand pockets work well for weighting the tent down and keeping it in place. Other than the loops, it seems well made and should last at least a few summers. Super lightweight and easy to carry. Update - 3 years later it's still in great condition. Loved it!!! I am so grateful that Wayfair has nearly everything I could ask for even including a circus tent for my five-year-old daughter! The instructions say two adults required to put this together, but she and I put it together in about 15 minutes, (a little bit of added time securing the fabric to the poles). It is absolutely well made and the fabric is heavy-duty, vibrant, and the details to the animals are awesome! Everything looks legit to have a circus playdate with your little ones at home! The instructions were clear, my five-year-old did most of the connecting with my guidance, and I can appreciate her being able to use her hands/motor skills/brain to put this together. I look forward to having a lot of fun with her in there; and as added bonus, there's three juggling pins included for those of you who already can juggle or those seeking to learn The tent IS a bit small; adults can sit in there comfortably, but I would say kids between the ages of 1 and 5 can definitely enjoy playing with this!
